Well we didn't really go anywhere, except maybe vacation or been busy with work.  First to talk about the elephant in the room - what the heck happened to our July Breakfast Brief!??  Truth be told, to be transparent (whatever you want to call it) we were not able to secure a location or a speaker for the event and as time was running out in July, the Board made the decision to cancel the event.   That's great - but why didn't you tell us?  I can only say time got in the way and then it was too late.

BUT HEY!! Now we're back and we have a fantastic presentation and event lined up for Monday August 28th over at UCF!!

If you are an Central Florida (ISC)2 member you will have received an email on August 8 with the promo code.  If you have recently joined our chapter (thank you), please email info@isc2chapter-centralflorida.org Check out the Eventbrite registration for more information and we look forward to seeing you there!

We also have a job posting up on our LinkedIn (ISC)2 Orlando Chapter page for a Senior Analyst position at UCF!

See you on August 28!
